If you are someone who has always been fascinated not only by the cricket game on TV, but also the strings that keep the entire industry running, then this program is just for you. Conducted by mentors from none other than Rajasthan Royals and Deakins University, the course gives you the ins and outs of sports marketing, sports science, finance, management, and sports media while connecting you to the best athletes, managers, and administrators in the business.
And with the blend of academic theory, practical understanding, and experience that our industry executives bring, you have the opportunity to transform from a sports aficionado into a young professional ready to take on careers such as Contract Manager, Athletic Director, Sports Agent, Athletic Coach, Fitness Manager, Event Coordinator, and Sports Analyst. Along with this students get to work on a live project with the Rajasthan Royals after the course.

Pamm is a Professor and Program Director for the Sport Management Program in the Department of Management in Deakin Business School.
Dr Steve Swanson
Senior Lecturer at Deakin University
He is a Senior Lecturer in Sport Management in Deakin Business School. He teaches Sport Leadership and Governance and Sport Organisation Behaviour.
Dr Joshua McLeod
Research Fellow at Deakin University
Dr Joshua is a Research Fellow in Deakin University’s Centre for Sport Research, based in Melbourne, Australia.

With 20 years of experience managing sport and recreation businesses, Scott specialises in facility and event management, and coordinating practicum experience.

She is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management and is a member of the Centre for Sport Reserach and the Women in Sport and Exercise group.

Dr Damien Whitburn

Dr Amelia Carr's primary research interest is in physical performance, and the physiological implications of nutritional and training interventions.

He is currently consulting as the performance dietitian to the Richmond Football club, with seven years’ experience at the Geelong Cats Football Club.
Dr Helen Brown

Helens research interest focuses on behaviour change in sport and physical activity with a specific focus on sport coaching and inclusive practice.
Dr Dan Dwyer

Dr Dan's research interests are focussed on the measurement, analysis and prediction of performance in sports such as cycling and Australian Rules football.

Professor Shilbury
Professor Shilbury is the Foundation Chair in Sport Management in the Deakin Business School, Australia. Prior to joining Deakin in 1990, he worked in cricket, golf, and local government in Western Australia. David was appointed as Australia’s first professor of sport management in 2000. In 2017 he was appointed the inaugural Director of the Deakin Sport Network.
