Navigating Your Leadership Journey at Harvard YLC Mumbai 2024
Application Process
To join the program, high school students will have to fill out an application form & are selected based on the quality of their responses, with a selection rate of 10%.
5 Days immersion experience
The course offers a unique 5-day immersive experience where students participate in various activities and sessions designed to enhance their leadership skills and knowledge.
Harvard Mentor -led sessions
The program is conducted by Harvard undergraduate students These mentors provide hands-on guidance and lead participants through a carefully curated curriculum focused on leadership development, social change projects, & more.
Project-Based Portfolio Development
With Harvard mentors as your guides, you’ll take on community projects, turning your ideas into concrete plans. This project-focused experience enhances your college portfolio, showcasing your dedication to making a positive impact.
1 Year Mentorship
Student’s receive one year of expert mentorship post-program, supporting their social change projects and leadership journey.

Day 2Digital LeadershipExplore leadership in the digital age, discuss personality types, reflect on ourselves, tackle problems as a team, and make progress on your social impact projects.
Day 3Data & NegotiationIntroduce data-driven decision-making, learn negotiation principles, face a data challenge as a team, join leadership panel discussions, and make strides with social impact project prototypes.
Day 4Core Concerns FrameworkDiscuss the core concerns framework, analyze case studies, use forum theatre as a learning tool, deal with negotiation during times of change, and polish social impact project drafts.
Day 5Final PresentationsPractice crafting elevator pitches, shaping your personal narratives, reflect on your journey, learn from a second leadership panel, and wrap up with final day presentations
