Dr. Blaine Fisher is a Tulane University professor, geospatial scientist, and AI specialist with a Ph.D. in Geography and Anthropology. His work spans AI, remote sensing, risk assessment, coastal restoration, and Maya archaeology, combining technology, research, and education to solve complex real-world challenges.
