All students are supervised by trained staff throughout the programme. Emergency procedures, secure campus lodging, registered coaches and parental contact plans are in place to ensure student safety at every step

  • Arrivals - Students arrive in London and settle in before the programme begins.
  • Transfer from Heathrow -  A coach departs Heathrow at 11:00 to take students to campus.
  • London Orientation -  An introduction to the city and local area to help students get comfortable.
  • Welcome Games - Evening activities designed for icebreaking and group bonding.
    • Welcome Ceremony- Official opening of the programme with a briefing about the week ahead.
