All students are supervised by trained staff throughout the programme. Emergency procedures, secure campus lodging, registered coaches and parental contact plans are in place to ensure student safety at every step

Day 1 - Arrival & Orientation

1. Arrive in London and transfer to campus
2. Orientation around the city and campus
3. Welcome games in the evening

Day 2 - Welcome & Lectures

Welcome ceremony Maths lecture and escape room Visit UCL and LSE UCAS session on UK applications

Day 3 - Cambridge Excursion

Full-day trip to Cambridge with punting, a college lecture and campus exploration. Evening quiz.

Day 4 - Oxford Excursion

Visit an Oxford college, attend a lecture and enjoy free time in the city.

Day 5 - Application Workshop & Culture

UCAS Session 2 (personal statement writing), Lecture 4, guest lecture in the evening.

Day 6 - Interview Prep & Celebration

UCAS Session 3 (Oxbridge interview practice), final lecture, Thames cruise and graduation dinner.

Day 7 - Departure

Coach transfer to Heathrow and departures.

7-day Itinerary

  • Arrivals - Students arrive in London and settle in before the programme begins.
  • Transfer from Heathrow -  A coach departs Heathrow at 11:00 to take students to campus.
  • London Orientation -  An introduction to the city and local area to help students get comfortable.
  • Welcome Games - Evening activities designed for icebreaking and group bonding.
    • Welcome Ceremony- Official opening of the programme with a briefing about the week ahead.
    • Lecture 1: Maths -  A session introducing mathematical thinking followed by a hands on escape room activity.
    • Mathematical Escape Room -Team based puzzle solving that reinforces mathematical concepts.
    • Visit to UCL and LSE - Campus tours to expose students to leading London universities.
    • UCAS Session 1 - Introduction to applying to university in the UK.
  • Excursion to Cambridge - Full day trip to explore the historic academic city.
  • Punting on the River Cam - A classic Cambridge experience on the water.
