Day 1 : Foundations of Consulting & Market Strategy

This module introduces consulting by exploring MBB firms and industry roles, case study methods, and business case questions, followed by frameworks for market sizing and profitability analysis, and concludes with structured case-solving techniques, recommendation strategies, and hands-on interview practice.

Day 2 : Business Growth & Strategic Decision-Making

This module covers a 5-step market entry strategy, effective marketing and branding approaches, insights into mergers and acquisitions with real-world case frameworks, pricing models and competitive analysis, along with process optimization, supply chain management, and stakeholder engagement.s

Day 3 : Entrepreneurship & Career Development

TDay 3 emphasizes entrepreneurship and career growth through idea generation and validation, crafting strong elevator pitches, applying market research and SWOT analysis, developing business plans with lean and agile strategies, and preparing for career success with resume building and interview best practices.
