To join the program, high school students will have to fill out an application form & are selected based on the quality of their responses, with a selection rate of 10%.

4 Days immersion experience

The course offers a unique 4-day immersive experience where students participate in various activities and sessions designed to enhance their leadership skills and knowledge.

Harvard Mentor-led sessions

The program is conducted by Harvard undergraduate students These mentors provide hands-on guidance and lead participants through a carefully curated curriculum focused on leadership development, social change projects, & more.

The Social Impact CapStone Project

At the Harvard Leadership BootCamp, students embark on a Social Impact CapStone Project where they work in teams to identify community issues and develop comprehensive solutions to address them.

Guided by experienced mentors, they apply leadership and project management skills to bring their social impact initiatives from concept to execution, culminating in a final presentation to a panel of esteemed judges.

This capstone project not only fosters real-world problem-solving and teamwork but also empowers students to make tangible positive changes in their communities, with the winning project receiving a prize.

After completing the workshop, Harvard Leadership Bootcamp ensures ongoing project success by connecting students with a diverse mentorship pool, including their original Harvard mentors, seasoned entrepreneurs, and specialised consultants.

A premier six-day leadership immersive workshop designed by Harvard professors and taught by Harvard mentors, focusing on soft skill mastery, networking, and leadership development.
High school students from Grade 8 to Grade 12 are eligible to attend.
The program is scheduled from 10th to 14th June 2024 at the Oberoi International School (OGC campus), Mumbai.
Students need to fill out an application form and are selected based on the quality of their responses, with a selection rate of 10%.
The fee is INR ,000 + 18% GST, with an early bird fee of INR 60,000 + 18% GST available until the priority deadline of 31st March 2024.
The program includes a 5-day immersive experience with Harvard mentor-led sessions, project-based portfolio development, and a year of mentorship post-program.
  • Adaptive Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Digital Leadership, Data-Led decision making, creative problem solving, effective communication, public speaking, teamwork and collaboration, conflict resolution, resilience and cultural competence.

The duration of the workshop is from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm IST.
  1. 100% refund – If the participant formally informs the BRE team (via email) 1 month prior to the start date of the program.
  2. 50% refund – If the participant formally informs the BRE team (via email) 15 days prior to the start date of the program.
  3. No refund – If the participant formally informs the BRE Team within 15 days (before the program starts) or during the program.
Exception: In case of some medical emergency or family emergency, program fees can be adjusted for the participant in any of the BRE’s upcoming programs but no refund. (They need to formally inform via email).
