The Ivy Early Entrepreneur program is a week-long exclusive program that seeks to introduce students to everything about entrepreneurship – from market research to marketing, from prototyping to pitching. Students go through the process of developing their business ideas and most importantly, they learn crucial entrepreneurial skills of ideation, research, and collaboration.
Students get the rare opportunity to learn from successful entrepreneurs every day. These mentors hail from Ivy League universities and are established experts in their respective fields (such as Digital Marketing, Crowdfunding, etc.). Through their own experience as an entrepreneur, they guide students through the trials and tribulations of starting their own business. Students are introduced to a wide variety of skills and concepts that are especially crucial for entrepreneurs. Each mentor brings a unique set of experiences, therefore, providing students the opportunity to get a multi-layered yet holistic understanding of entrepreneurship.    Â
This is a unique opportunity for budding entrepreneurs to learn from established entrepreneurs, and get equipped with all the tools required to start their very own successful business.Â
Upon successful completion, students are offered internship opportunities with the Big Red Education’s partner firms and most mentors of the program. Along with that, a Certificate of Participation will be provided. Students can use the certificate in their portfolios.Â

What Does The Program Offer?
Each day of this week-long entrepreneur workshop is centered around a different aspect of one’s entrepreneurial adventure: Ideation, Market Research, Design Thinking, Business Marketing, Social Entrepreneurship, and Pitching/Fundraising. Through mentor-talks, interactive activities, and real-life case studies, students are introduced to these different business concepts and processes.

There is marketing, managing funds and so much more. It was all scattered in my head. But after the program, I had a layout of how entrepreneurship works. It was a lot of fun because I was implementing what I was learning in the business projects that my teammates and I were working on. I also learned how to work in a team and how to capture the best of everyone's opinions and form something that each one of us is enthusiastic about.
The most interesting part is that even though the program gave me a blueprint of how entrepreneurship works, it never restricted my innovation, imagination, or creativity. I learned that entrepreneurship is all about having a million ideas and bringing those ideas together to form something you love, something dynamic and the program taught me how to do so.
