Wendeline de Zan is a distinguished leadership educator and former MIT Sloan faculty member, who helps individuals unlock their authentic potential through practical frameworks and cognitive diversity, developing self-aware leaders who build high-performing teams and drive strong outcomes.

A former MIT Sloan faculty member with over 20 years of global experience, she is the author of Being Different Matters: The Jobseeker’s Manual to the New Economy, widely used by business schools and executive search firms worldwide. Her highly interactive approach has shaped leaders across industries and regions, fostering authentic connection, collaboration, and trust.

The Youth Leadership Bootcamp is for high school students eager to develop essential leadership and problem-solving skills. Designed for future leaders and critical thinkers, this program helps participants build confidence, enhance communication, and navigate challenges effectively. Through interactive learning and hands-on experiences, students gain the tools needed to lead with impact and drive meaningful change.

All participants who attend the BootCamp for all 4 days will receive:

  1. Certificate of Participation from Ivy Learning Lab and Big Red Education, signed by the mentor.
  2. Opportunity to receive a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) from the mentor.
On the last day, the Bootcamp culminates in a unique presentation day. Students showcase their learnings creatively through skits, interactive games, digital showcases, or immersive experiences.
The program will be conducted offline.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to share recordings. We request all participants attend all sessions.
Expect a highly interactive and engaging experience including:
  • Group discussions
  • Hands-on activities
  • Skill-building competitions
  • Two-way interaction and Q&A sessions
  • Frequent breaks for refreshment
  • 30 days before start date: Full refund
  • 15 days before start date: 50% refund
  • Within 15 days: No refund
Refunds processed within 2 weeks after program conclusion.
