Shaping Future Leaders with HGSE-GELC

The Global Youth Leadership Bootcamp is guided by student mentors from the Global Education Leadership Collective (GELC), a formally registered student organization at the Harvard Graduate School of Education dedicated to advancing global education, international leadership, and cross-cultural learning.

At the Bootcamp, participants learn from mentors who blend academic excellence with real-world leadership experience. Their supportive, collaborative approach encourages questions, idea-sharing, and confidence-building. Rather than simply teaching, mentors work alongside students to foster curiosity, critical thinking, and leadership through interactive discussions and hands-on guidance.
